Casa das Dunas is located in Troia, 50 km from Lisbon between the beach and river in the resort of Soltroia. In the limits of the Natural Reserve of the Sado Estuary, the beach is a natural area preserve, which preserves the original dune vegetation, surrounded by pine trees.

The house has a double room with exit to the garden, bathroom with Jacuzzi, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven refrigerator, toaster, chopping and juice machine) a dinner room with TV, sofa bed and meals area.

Casa das Dunas is a modern apartment in the beach area. It can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The apartment is surrounded by a garden with a swimming pool.
